Active Ingredients Per 2 Tablets:
Thiamine (Vitamin B1) . . . . . . 1,000 mg
L-Theanine . . . . . . . . . . . . .800 mg

Inactive Ingredients: apple flavor, cinnamon, dextrose, dried molasses, silicon dioxide, soy lecithin, vegetable stearate.

Directions For Use:
Give 2 tablets per day as needed.
In acute situations: Give 2 tablets in AM and 2 tablets in PM for 3 - 4 days, then reduce to 2 tablets per day.
