Shipping information

Free Shipping for orders $35+

Shipping is free for orders $35 and up within the U.S. Orders under $35 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, as well as to U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.  

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Vermont. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days within the U.S. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on volume of orders received at our warehouse.  

International orders are only available via our online partners or distributors and not directly through VetriScience. You can find more information on our Ways to Buy page.

Delivery issues or product damage from shipping

Damage to products is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage to your package upon delivery, have the driver note “damaged” on the delivery sheet. Call your local delivery office as soon as possible to report the damage. Then call our office at 1-800-882-9993 with your name and invoice number (which can be found in your order confirmation email).

If you discover damage to the product after opening, follow the same procedure as above (keep both the shipping container and the damaged product). Neither the carrier nor VetriScience® can be held liable unless this procedure is followed. We are happy to assist you in this process!

Return Policy

Products in original, unopened condition may be returned within 45 days of purchasing. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-882-9993 and we will help you begin the return process.  

If you're returning a VetriScience® Pro Line product that you purchased from a clinic or vet's office, please return it there.  They will assist you with the return.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request either a refund or replacement product within 45 days of purchasing as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you purchased directly from our website, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-882-9993 for assistance with either a replacement or refund. Please have the product's lot number and original sales receipt available when you call or email. If you purchased from another location or seller, please contact the retailer in question, as policy varies by distributor.   

Please note: We are unable to control the quality of VetriScience® products sold by unauthorized resellers. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, our 100% Guarantee is not available for VetriScience® products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The 100% Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
