Creating an Account

Thank you for choosing VetriScience for your pet's health and supplement needs! Using our online store is a convenient alternative to purchasing from your Veterinarian if they do not carry our products, are out of stock on your favorite supplement, or are outside of your local area. To create an account you can select the Register button located underneath our Log In prompt (found in the upper left corner of our web browser). You may also create an account at the time you check out by filling in the correct fields when prompted to do so.

PLEASE NOTE that creating an account is not necessary to process your order. You always have the option to skip all prompts that create an account at the time of checking out. Creating an account is a useful tool for saving your billing, shipping, and payment information. VetriScience does not sell or distribute your email to third parties, nor will it be used for advertisement or marketing. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address at the time we receive your online order, and we may use your email address to contact you only if there are questions specific to your order (i.e. unexpected shipment delays, backorders, payment declines, etc).

Shipping Methods

VetriScience uses USPS and UPS as our standard shipping methods. Estimated shipping cost is determined at the time your order is placed. While VetriScience does not offer a standard flat rate, we do offer a free shipping minimum with orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be subject to freight charges which are calculated by the carrier using the package weight and the distance it will travel. Orders can be shipped nationally (within the United States) as well as internationally, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Essex Junction, Vermont. At this time we do not offer a monthly "autoship" method.

Order Processing

To ensure that all orders are handled with the attention and care they deserve, VetriScience will take up to 48 hours to ship your order. This includes the time necessary for processing and handling. Please note that orders are only processed Monday-Friday during our business hours, 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You will get an email confirmation stating that your order has been received, however you will not receive an email with notification that it has shipped. VetriScience will contact you if we except any delay in your normal shipping time. Please contact VetriScience with questions about your order if it is not received in a timely manner.

Payment Methods

VetriScience accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. To protect your credit information your order will be securely processed by Authorize.net, will only be displayed as encrypted, and your payment information will not be saved on file for future use.

Return Policy

We at VetriScience want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, experience, and confidence in our products. We are happy to honor a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee when products are purchased directly from your local veterinarian and from our online store! If you are dissatisfied for any reason we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card. Most refunds will take 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank statements.
