At FoodScience®, LLC (“FoodScience”), we proudly stand behind our products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for VetriScience® products purchased through an authorized reseller. If for any reason you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase, you may either request a refund or replacement product.
Please note: We are unable to control the quality of VetriScience® products sold by unauthorized resellers. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for VetriScience® products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call our customer care department at 1-800-882-9993 and provide information regarding your purchase. If your request is approved, you will need to mail or email a picture of your product, a proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval number to:

You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
FoodScience® reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the VetriScience® 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
