The VetriScience® online store has temporarily paused the ability to place new orders. We received a large number of orders due to the holidays, and we're currently working hard to make sure we can process and ship all outstanding orders.

- When can I order from the VetriScience website again?
Our website will be available to accept new orders as soon as we've shipped existing orders.
- Where else can I buy VetriScience products in the meantime?
You can find VetriScience products online at Amazon, Chewy, and Petco. Find all participating retailers here. As always, VetriScience Pro Line products may be purchased directly from participating veterinarians.
- What if I already placed an order?
If you placed an order, we are currently working as fast as we can to get it packed and shipped to you. All current orders will ship as soon as possible. If you have an account, you can track the status of your order.
- When can I expect my order to ship?
While orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, we're experiencing longer packing and shipping times due to an unusually large volume of orders. All VetriScience orders will ship as soon as possible from our warehouse in Vermont. Once your order leaves the warehouse, UPS Ground Shipping typically delivers within 3–7 days within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Armed Forces who are based in locations globally.
- Can I cancel my order if I've already placed it?
If you want to cancel an order that's already been placed, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to do so if your order has already moved to the shipping stage. However, you may contact our Customer Care team at (800) 882-9993 to discuss your cancellation options.
